We will do our best to meet your special needs, quickly and with courtesy. Should you require any services not listed below, please contact a member of staff who will be able to discuss your requirements and endeavour to fulfil them.
Facilities for people with disabilities
Wheelchair access is provided at the following locations:
- Office reception
- Gardens of Remembrance
- Chapels
- Flower Terrace
- Book of Remembrance Chapel
- Public tea room
- Lavatory situated at the end of the Cloisters passageway
Privacy
There is a private interview room available. If required, please ask a member of staff.
Hearing difficulties
People with hearing difficulties may make use of hte induction loop system installed in the Chapels. Signing for cremation services is available by prior arrangement with us.
Visually impaired
A member of staff will be pleased to provide, on request, a photocopied enlarged version of any of our information booklets. Should this be insufficient for your needs we will read the information to you.
Where English is not first language
Translation services are available by prior arrangement, but not on demand - please ask a member of staff.
