Annual Open Air Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving

Each year, we are pleased to hold a Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving at West Herts Crematorium.

Anyone that has been involved with a funeral or memorial service at our crematorium is invited to come along to remember and celebrate the lives of those who have been commemorated here.

This special day is held on the second Sunday in July.

It presents an informal occasion to meet others and take part in an act of community remembrance of loved ones.

2025 Open Air Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance

At 3pm on Sunday 13th July 2025 at West Herts Crematorium

To commemorate the lives of those cremated at Garston and Hemel Hempstead. The service will be led by a selection of Ministers and Celebrants.
